Initiatebiologicalorganization

By deepening biological understanding of mind and thoughts, we can understand the interaction between what is within us and how we project to the exterior world as the bridge for achieving wholeness.

In face of “VUCA” reality, the organization is a living thing with the ability to continually change as the world changes, perhaps much like the plants keep growing strong. Then embark on the large scale transformation - which will likely result in discontinuing some activities or business lines, building out others, finding more competitive approaches to improve overall organizational competency.

A “biological mind” can dig deeper into an organic organizations, and the context of their environment: Everything is energy and the human condition is the conditional form of our energy signature, and it moves from one conditional state to another, such transcendent energy catalyzes creativity, so the biological mind implies change, innovation.

Information is growing exponentially, what now has to be understood are the complex dynamics of the ecosystem within which the change is unavoidably entangled - dynamics driven more by horizontal linkages sparking creativity and fostering innovation. A biological mindset is able to understand the organization as an organic system which requires constantly rejuvenating, keeping things fluid and synchronized for improving its agility and maturity.

An organic organization has business attributes such as flexibility, responsiveness, engagement, interactive relationship, resilience, etc: From a biological aspect, organizations are more like organic systems, with cells that have a function, an infrastructure for input and output for signaling. They are more of what has been called the soft side of the business, but are the critical digital traits. From a biological point of view, one could consider the effort of critical thinking as training your mind to seek reason or to reframe its approach to a conundrum in a certain way, with the goal to understand the nonlinearity of businesses and improve organizational manageability.

The biological organization is a dynamic system which needs to continue evolving and adapting, bringing greater awareness of intricacies and the systemic value of organizational systems. An organic organization with systematic characteristics is able to break away from static, stale, and slow patterns, and be able to make continuous adjustment, keep evolving, improve organizational agility.

By applying biological lenses, leaders and professionals today can identify the right talent, drive needed change to shift corporate or societal culture:
It’s important to understand people or society from a biological perspective, enables business leaders or professionals to dig deeper into the context of their environment, encourages interdisciplinary collaboration and healthy competition for spurring innovation, but discourage unhealthy competition that cause problems or diminish creative energy.

It’s always important to strike the right balance of competition and cooperation, make a shift from survival-seeking mindset to growth-seeking mindset; from process driven to goal driven and improve people-centricity. Biological lenses help business leaders and professionals harmonize the balance and growth cycles of the business and look into the shade and colors of the world to improve business diversification, competency and resilience.

The organization of the future will be organically developed, iterating and empowered by an intelligent organizational design that puts values and people before rules and roles. By deepening biological understanding of mind and thoughts, we can understand the interaction between what is within us and how we project to the exterior world as the bridge for achieving wholeness.
