A new paradigm arises -out of - fresh mindsets, knowledge, practices, broaden horizon to-convey a clear vision, visualize big picture about changes, engage, participate, innovate, adventurously.

Vision arises as -

guiding light,

people can see themselves,

their work reflected in it;

something you see,

others don't,

a foresight with -

a clear choice,

among future scenarios.


Passion arises,

as innate motivator;

if imagination flows,

freely,

supported by -

thought and feeling with fluidity,

following passion requires -

a good sense of judgment;

you are on the right path to -

the vision you set,

confidently,

otherwise,

passion fades away,

gradually.


Conflicts arise between -

different groups,

with their own senses of -

belief, reality,

strength, weakness;

disagreements, antagonisms arise-

unsurprisingly;

cause people to-

rationalize their own sense of -

reality by -

disempowering,

ignoring others’ viewpoints.

insensitively.




When problems arise,

it’s best to -

pause and reflect before -

reacting,

develop healthy psychology,

apply interdisciplinary knowledge to-

understand real issues underneath,

articulate -

how those arise;

analyze -

how things actually work,

in order to overcome challenge,

thoroughly.
